By accessing or using AgentQL, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

AgentQL provides hosted interfaces, documentation, and related tooling for blockchain data access and agent-facing integration workflows. Features, limits, and supported methods may change as the product evolves.
We may add, modify, restrict, or remove features at any time, including during pilot, preview, or limited-access periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, API keys, and any systems connected to the service through your access.
You must promptly notify us if you believe your credentials have been lost, exposed, or misused. We may rotate, suspend, or revoke credentials if misuse, abuse, or security risk is detected.
You may not use the service to violate law, interfere with platform stability, bypass access restrictions, reverse engineer protected systems beyond applicable rights, or abuse rate-limited or unsupported flows.
You may not use the service in a way that harms other users, overloads infrastructure, or misrepresents your identity, authorization, or entitlement to access data.
Service availability is not guaranteed. We may apply rate limits, maintenance windows, usage restrictions, and temporary suspensions to protect reliability and security.
Any pricing, billing previews, pilot packaging, or commercial terms may be updated by separate order forms, product notices, or dashboard disclosures where applicable.
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular trading, operational, or business purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentQL and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you breached these terms, created security risk, failed to comply with usage limits, or used the service in a way that threatens reliability or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
